Abstract
In this article, the author talks about his book "The Rule of Law in the Real World." It informs on obligation imposed on substantive law in a rule of law state to treat all subject to it as equals. It also informs on Chad Flanders worries about mass incarceration, and Colleen Murphy's worries about the rule of law's compatibility with non-democracies.
