Abstract
We first establish short-time existence and a Shi-type estimate of second Ricci flow on complete noncompact Hermitian manifolds. As an application, we use the second Ricci flow to discuss the existence of a Kähler-Ricci metric on complete noncompact Hermitian manifolds.
