Some implications of a scale invariant model of statistical mechanics to turbulent combustion

Abstract

Some of the implications of a scale-invariant model of statistical mechanics to turbulent combustion are described. Also, a modified theory of turbulent premixed flame is presented and periodic solutions of the modified form of the equation of motion and the geometry of steady premixed flames in such periodic flow fields are described.
