Abstract

This work highlights transmission electron diffraction (TED) for determining surface structures and understanding the model perovskite system, SrTiO 3, which has been extensively studied due to its wide array of applications and simple bulk structure. TED is a powerful tool for surface science and has been the key to determining several SrTiO 3 surface reconstructions.
