The Human Constitution and Constitutive Law: A Prolegomenon

Research output: Contribution to journalArticlepeer-review

Abstract

This paper, which is a prolegomenon to encourage others more knowledgeable about biology and political science to study constitutive law, proceeds in three parts. First, I will briefly sketch the description of human nature that emerges from modern evolutionary biology ... Second, I will offer a theory of how man nature interacts with the changing environment ... Finally, I will apply this analysis to offer an explanation of the constitutive law that will be of most interest to an American audience--the United States Constitution.
