Abstract

The oto-palato-digital syndrome appears to be an X-linked trait with variable expression in the female heterozygote. This includes fullness of lateral supraorbital ridges, retarded growth, and the roentgenographic signs seen in males. To date, no female heterozygote has had cleft palate.
