Abstract
Smartphone use has increased exponentially across all countries; it has become an integral part of people's lives. Application use has been accelerated because apps empower individuals with information and help brands in reducing costs. The world is witnessing a mobile revolution as more than $10 billion is spent on mobile campaigns.
