Towards Single-Pixel Quantum Thermal Imaging

Abstract

We apply multimode quantum correlated light to thermoreflectivity sensing in electronic devices. We rely on multimode properties of intensity squeezed light to develop scanning-based quantum imaging of electronic hot spots with sub-shot-noise sensitivity.
