Abstract

An expanding armamentarium of therapeutic and prophylactic agents presents several clinical and research challenges, such as determining who requires which prophylaxes and when. In the absence of a single 'gorillamycin', patients' quality of life will depend upon our ability to make multidrug regimens safe, palatable, and manageable.
