Abstract

The medical and surgical management of chronic rhinosinusitis with nasal polyposis (CRSwNP) is a continually evolving field. This paper focuses on the current trends of endoscopic sinus surgery with relation to CRSwNPs. This article highlights current trends for frontal sinus surgery, trends for general and local anesthetic administration, as well as general updates on management of CRSwNP patients.
