Abstract

This chapter covers truncus arteriosus, starting with the embryologic and anatomic factors, physiology and clinical findings, and natural history, then covering management, operative technique (high aortic cannulation), repair of truncus with interrupted aortic arch, truncal valve repair/replacement, and results.
