Abstract

Tunable organic transistors that use microfluidic source and drain electrodes were discussed. A noninvasive way to build transistor test structures that incorporate certain classes of chemically and mechanically fragile organic semiconductors was also presented. It was observed that pumping the mercury through the transistor region of the microfluidic system changes the width of the transistor channel.
