Abstract

The I-V characteristics and its derivatives R//d equals dV/dI of tunnel junctions prepared on the base of metaloxide superconductors are investigated. The energy gap measurements are taken on the assumption that the characteristic minimum on the R//d (V) dependence is connected with the superconducting energy gap. The values of DELTA equals 4. 45 meV (2 DELTA /kT//K equals 2. 75), DELTA equals 6. 45 meV (2 DELTA /kT//K equals 5) and DELTA equals 17 meV (2 DELTA /kT//K equals 4. 4) are obtained for La//1//. //8Sr//0//. //2CuO//4, La//1//. //8Ba//0//. //2CuO//4 and Y//1//. //2Ba//0//. //8CuO//4, respectively.
