Abstract

A millimeter-size DWDM wavelength multiplexer can be realized with integration of nanoscale input-output waveguides and ultra-large-angle grating. However, it suffers from beam blocking due to large beam diffraction. A non-blocking geometry is proposed and demonstrated.
