Abstract

This chapter introduces the protocol for the validatation of the exoskeleton and control strategies introduced in previous chapters. This protocol is a set of tasks defined according the clinical criterias. In order to evaluate the performance of the device developed to suppress tremor we conducted an experimental phase involving 10 patients suffering from different tremor diseases. The clinical effectiveness and the user’s acceptance was the criterias selected for the elaboration of the evaluation protocol.
