Abstract

The use of technology to increase and expand the learning environment in a lower divison computer engineering course is discussed. The innovative use of technology allows the capture of digital lectures multiple times as they learn. The most powerful advantage of using the technology was the ability to bring examples from the real world in to the classes. However, the technological advancement creates the opportunities for other challenges in dealing with a wider range of technologies and learners with different backgrounds.
