Abstract

This chapter covers ventricular to pulmonary artery conduits, including polytetrafluoroethylene monocusp right ventricular outflow tract (RVOT) reconstruction, allograft conduits, pulmonary allografts in Ross aortic valve replacement patients, bovine jugular venous valved conduits, percutaneous pulmonary valves, nonvalved right ventricular-pulmonary artery conduits, stented and stentless xenograft valves in the right ventricular-pulmonary artery position, mechanical valves, bioengineered valved conduits for RVOT reconstruction, and when to operate for RVOT dysfunction.
