Visible light optical coherence tomography to quantify retinal blood oxygenation

Abstract

We presented the method of using visible-light optical coherence tomography (vis-OCT) for retinal oximetry. We demonstrated for the first time in vivo OCT measurement of the arterial and venous oxygenation in retinal circulation.
