Abstract
In Josephson-junction stacks consisting of two junctions having identical maximum Josephson supercurrent (Formula presented), the measured (Formula presented) vs external magnetic flux (Formula presented) characteristics exhibit two distinct oscillation periods with the oscillation period for (Formula presented) being smaller than that when (Formula presented), where (Formula presented) is the flux quantum. The observations provide clear evidence that a structural phase transformation to a triangular vortex lattice occurs with increasing (Formula presented).
