Abstract

The University of Washington Libraries had been experiencing difficulties in managing the acquisition, loading, maintenance, and use of machine-readable cataloging (MARC) record sets for electronic resources and microform sets. The presenter describes how Innovative Interfaces' Electronic Resource Management software, created specifically for managing electronic resources themselves, was adapted for use in the management of cataloging data as well.
