N2 - Noonan syndrome is a genetic condition that can present with complex thoracic defects, the management of which often presents a surgical challenge. We present the surgical approach applied to a severe combined excavatum/carinatum deformity that had resulted in a Z-type configuration of the chest in a 9-year-old girl with Noonan syndrome.
